With over 40 years experience both working within the corporate and independent environment Janice works passionately to make sure that Chissick Estates delivers the best service possible. Well known locally and regularly recommended to new sellers in Chigwell, Clayhall, Redbridge, Gants Hill, Hainault and all surrounding areas. Always willing to offer advice based on her experience and knowledge.

Paulo Santana

Director

Janice's husband Paulo helped her found Chissick Estates in 2006. He set up the Lettings and Management division which has increased its portfolio year on year. With Paulo at the helm the Lettings arm of our business is encapsulated in three words, integrity, trust and honesty. Over Paulo's many years, very few of his clients have chosen to leave, having once entrusted the letting and management of their property to Paulo and the Chissick Estates Lettings team.

Kerry Bates

Sales Co-ordinator

Kerry has worked in Estate Agency in the local area for nearly 30 years. Having mainly worked for coporate companies she joined Chissick Estates in 2013. Kerry says "working for a family business is very different from a corporate company, its not all about targets and figures anymore, its about treating people how you would like to be treated yourself". "We like to go that extra mile for people as we know how stressful buying and selling can be".
