We undertake market appraisal work including high value individual properties in prime central locations, affordable housing, and large-scale UK-wide portfolios.

In determining a property's market value, we call upon our extensive knowledge of the local area. We also carry out extensive market research and analysis using a number of databases including land registry, and we will provide and explain all findings to the vendor at time of appraisal.

We look at the demand for your type of property and for potential buyers including properties for sale and under offer in your area.

Our appointment with you will typically take between 30 and 60 minutes and would include a detailed inspection of your property. Whenever needed we will do the utmost to make sure you are fully up to date with everything that is happening no matter what stage of the process you are at.
