In determining a property's market value, we call upon our extensive knowledge of the local area. We also carry out extensive market research and analysis using a number of databases including land registry, and we will provide and explain all findings to the vendor at time of appraisal.

Our appointment with you will typically take between 30 and 60 minutes and would include a detailed inspection of your property.
